- Tianjin Government Scholarship Application Form: Please register at the online application system.
- Passport Photo Page: A clear scanned colour photocopy of your valid passport information pages (the first few pages) that has at least 12 months’ validity.
- Highest diploma certificate: Photocopies need to be certified by a notary public of a bachelor’s, master’s, or high school, as the case may be.
- Transcripts: Official transcripts from all schools attended.
- Language Proficiency Certificate: Certificate of Language Proficiency in English (TOEFL/IELTS) or Chinese (HSK) if applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: There is no nationality restriction.
- Academic Background: Secondary College Diploma or equivalent; age < 25.
- Master’s: Bachelor’s degree + under 35 years old.
- Doctoral: Master’s degree, less than 40 years old.
- Language Requirement: English or Chinese level as per the program.
- Physique and Character: Candidates shall be healthy and have no criminal record.
- No Double Benefits: Not eligible for two scholarships at the same time.
