One of the most popular forums on maritime security and geopolitics in the region is the 17th South China Sea International Conference which is organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV). The Young Leaders Programme of this year is providing a select group of eight participants to have a full-time experience during a conference session, youth-led dialogues and a special highlight session titled Youth Power: Overcoming ambiguity, strengthening unity under the guidance of well-known researchers and policymakers.
